My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and we even had the option to order extra pillows for added coziness. The construction areas did not disrupt our experience, and it was truly the best room we had during our 3-week vacation.

The service was just pleasant. The staff were not as friendly as the female staff, but all had a good command of various languages. We had a comfortable stay with services like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and pet amenities available.

The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the Schloss Xmas markets, with a dedicated tram for the event. Even when the tram wasn't operating, locals recommended it as awesome. The presence of two saunas, either his and hers or possibly naked and covered, was an added bonus. It was also convenient for guests coming for a quiet vacation and those wanting to explore Bonn easily.
